1. Why choose online service to hire a maid?

Through HELPERZ INDIA.. You can save time and money by just selecting the required Helper, their day-to-day work and fix a reasonable salary through its online portal. So no need of wasting your time in meeting a helper in person to interview them or to negotiate their salary or to dictate their day-to-day work etc. So you can hire now a Maid or Cook at reasonable monthly salary who can do your day-to-day without any instructions or commands from the first day onwards and be punctual and polite.

2. What is the difference between HELPERZ online hiring service & a maid agency?

HELPERZ INDIA is neither a Maid Agency nor backed-up by any Maid Agency. It has its own database of 7000+ Helpers all around the city and continuously increasing its database. Whereas Maid agencies do have only few no. of helpers and repeatedly send the same helpers to all of their clients. Also Maid agencies are collecting registration fees plus one month hiring charge from their clients. Whereas HELPERZ INDIA will charge you a minimum hiring charge of Rs.999 or 30% (1/3rd) of Helper salary only.

3. Can we choose or select our Helper on our own ?

Sure. HELPERZ INDIA will search and shortlist suitable Helpers from its Vast Database based on your requirements and preferences. The shortlisted and finalized Helper Photographs will be sent to you through WhatsApp / Email. So you only choose the right helper, Who is most suitable for you.

4. How Can we hire a domestic helper at a reasonable salary?

HI Standardized the Monthly Salary of Domestic Helpers by conducting continuous surveys & analysis in this field for years. So you can now hire a Maid / Cook / Babysitter / Care Taker at a very reasonable salary. Maids and Cooks are available for a minimum monthly salary of Rs.2000 onwards. Babysitter or Care Takers are available for a minimum monthly salary of Rs.4000 onwards.

5. Can we fix our maid Salary and her day-to-day work schedule through Online?

Sure. HI enables you to choose / customize your helper day-to-day works according to your needs. By customizing your helper services, You can also customize your helper’s monthly salary. The Customized Helper Salary will be displayed instantly at the bottom of the service selected.

6. Do we have to pay our helper’s conveyance / transport charges?

Since HELPERZ INDIA standardized the salary of all kind of Helpers.. a helper will get only a reasonable minimum salary. With such minimum salary.. they could not afford to bear their transport charges. If we don’t want to pay their transport charges.. they claim for higher salary to meet their transport expenses... which will be higher than our standardized salary structure. We add only nominal charge of Rs.20 per day for to & fro transport charges to be given to the helper directly on daily basis.

7. Do you collect money from the Helpers?

Certainly not. We won’t collect money from helpers.

8. How will you charge us for your services?

Helperz India won’t collect any registration fee or one month hiring charge. HI charges you only Rs.999 if you hire a Helper for monthly salary of Rs.5000 or below.
