REFUND POLICY

HELPERZ INDIA aims at providing the best service to all of its clients. However if you wish to claim a refund our refund policy is also as simple as it can get.

If you are, for any reason, want to cancel the transaction, we will cheerfully issue a full refund Only if you claim your refund before we start to shortlist the required Helper (or) Send you the Helper Photos by Whatsapp / Mail.
Also We will refund your hiring charge, if we could not send the Helper photos nor provide you a suitable Helper within a time period of 15 days from the date of your payment of hiring charge.
But No refund can be initiated once the Hiring process starts at our end.
Also No refund request can be entertained after you receive the Helper photos by Mail / Whatsapp (or) you hire a Helper through us even for a day.
Eligible Refunds will be truly processed within 15 days after you raise you request through Mail.

Subject: Request for Refund
Include Transaction details of your payment in the body (received by you via email after your payment).
Also kindly write to us why you’re requesting a Refund – Since we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

If you are not happy with our Service, please do let us know your reasons. Do give us a chance to improvise on our services by sharing your valuable feedback.
